Abstract | |
This research aims to analyze the representation of the domestic space, from the 1960s to the present, in the productions of some female artists from South America, as well as their transformations when the understanding of this space is questioned by the artists, influenced or not because of the criticisms arising from feminist movements. For this, we selected works by Brazilian artists Wanda Pimentel, Cristina Salgado, Rosana Palazyan and Ana Elisa Egreja, by Colombian Karen Lamassone, Beatriz Gonzalez, Doris Salcedo and Liliana Ângulo Cortés, by Argentine Estela Pereda and Peruvian María María Acha-Kutscher (AU) | |
