| Abstract | |
This work had as objective the development of analytical methodology for the determination of multiresidue of pesticides in water. The analyzed water samples were from Ribeirão do Feijão, river that provisions the city of São Carlos, and of its tributary principal, the Córrego Laranja Azeda. The sampling points were four, beginning elo se to the East until the o f treatment station of the city. To main culture of the Ribeirão do Feijão basin is orange,the pesticides used in that culture were them selected for this work. The pesticides selected were triclorphon, thiometon, dimethoate, diazinon, malathion, dicofo~ metidathion, ethion, bromopropilate and pyrazophos. For the accomplishment of the work severa! analiytical methods were studied, using liquid-liquid extraction (LLE), solid phase extraction (SPE) and supercritical fluid extraction (SFE). In the cromatographic analysis high resolution methods were used such as high resolution gas cromatography (HRGC), and gas chromatography on line mass spectrometry (GC/MS). (AU) | |
