Abstract

Since it was realized that the Earth capacity for supporting life is limited and dependent on the processes of its (finite) resources exploration, the necessity and urgency of a searching for a new development model were firmed. That development should guarantee the use of natural resources without provoking any damage to any ecosystem and also guarantee life quality to each single person belonging to any socio-cultural group, contemporary of today\'s generation or not Knowing that the industry is a potential polluter, negatively influencing the stabilized agreement, there was a great motivation for adopting mechanisms for environmental adequacy in manufacture. Because of that, the present work searches for those mechanisms which can make the above presupposals feasible through actions that the society agree with. The results were a discussion for point out which actions should be incorporated by the organizations in order to have their activities positively adequated to the environmental preservation. It is presenteei the steps required for an environment adequacy; respecting the business binomial typology-location and adaptation or replacement of the polluter production processes, and/or rare or dangerous material consumers for others that are efficient, through the discussion of some methods and their appliance justifications. The connection between the economic, legal and competitive aspects are connected also with the stakeholders different demands for the environmental área, so that no requisition is ignored and the sustainable development is possible to be achieved.
