This work presents a Method of Business Processes Development in order to attend the changes necessities in the enterprises. The proposed Method intends to satisfy projects of processes improvement as projects relates to more inovate changes of the processes. This Method is built of the study of five proposed methods by differents authors, related to methodologies of Processes Reengineering and Processes Improvement. The work still discusses the Method of Business Processses Development integration proposed to Enterprise Integration Methodology, wich has been developed in the Integration Project from USP - São Carlos.
