Maria Do Carmo Fernandes Martins

Psychologist from the University of São Paulo (1977), Master and PhD in Psychology from the University of Brasília (1984/1999). Researcher and reviewer at the São Paulo State Research Support Foundation - FAPESP. Retired Associate Professor at the Federal University of Uberlândia. She was a Full Professor at the Methodist University of São Paulo between 2009 and 2023. She coordinated (2003-2008) the Postgraduate Program in Psychology at the Federal University of Uberlândia. She coordinated the Postgraduate Program in Health Psychology at the Methodist University of São Paulo (UMESP) from February 2016 to December 2021. She was vice-rector of postgraduate studies and research at UMESP between April 2022 and December 2023. She is founding member of the Brazilian Society of Organizational and Work Psychology (SBPOT) and member of the National Association of Research and Postgraduate Studies in Psychology (ANPEPP). Has experience in Organizational and Work Psychology and Health Psychology with a research focus on measures in psychology, job satisfaction, bases of social power, resilience at work, intragroup conflicts, organizational climate, well-being at work, self-efficacy and engagement at work and in its relationships with different antecedents and consequences.#8203; (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
