Jaime Farias Dresch

Permanent professor of the Graduate Program in Education (PPGE) of the University of Planalto Catarinense (UNIPLAC). Linked to the Research Line "Policies and Foundations of Education". He completed a PhD in Education at UFSCar, with sandwich period at the University of Minho; Master in Education and Pedagogy at UNESP-Rio Claro. Member of ANPEd (GT Education of Children from 0 to 6 years). Member of the Scientific Committee GT07 of ANPEd Sul. Integrates the Research Center in Basic Education: policies, aesthetics and differences (NuPEB) and the Collective Differences, Youth and Education. Coordinates the Laboratory of Educational Innovation (Labin), a project funded by FAPESC. Teaches in the course of Pedagogy. Deputy Coordinator of the UNIPLAC Research Ethics Committee. He coordinated the PPGE UNIPLAC from 2019 to 2023. Deputy Coordinator of the Education Area of Aliança Nacional LGBTI+. Member of the Supervisory Board of the Coletiva LGBTI+ (Lages/SC). Associated with the Brazilian Network for Human Rights Education (ReBEDH). Affiliated with the Brazilian Association for Trans-Homoculture Studies (ABETH). He worked as a teacher in the early grades of elementary school. Research the themes: Education and post-structuralism. Early Childhood Education. Inclusive education and pedagogy of differences.
