Editor-in-Chief of Urbanism at Ambiente Construído Journal, since 2020. Associate coordinator of the Urban WG of the National Association of Technology for the Built Environment ANTAC (2016 - 2020). Coordinator of the II National Symposium on Urban Management and Engineering - SINGEURB 2019 (2019). Member of the Temporary Committee on Urban Mobility of the Council of Architecture and Urbanism of São Paulo (2018 - 2020). Planning analyst in urban and metropolitan transport, with the Metropolitan Company of Urban Transport of São Paulo - EMTU/SP(2003 2011). She holds a graduate degree in architecture and urbanism from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo (FAU USP) and a master degree in environmental management from the Faculty of Public Health of USP, a master of science degree in sustainable energy engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Sweden (STINT Scholarship) and a PhD in architecture and urbanism also from USP. She also attended postgraduate studies in urban mobility and the environment at the United Nations Center for Regional Development in Japan as a JICA Japan International Cooperation Agency fellow. In 2011, she was awarded 2nd place in the CNPq Young Scientist Award, on the topic of Sustainable Cities. She is Ad-hoc Adviser to the State of São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) and the Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) and reviewer of the following scientific journals: Transport (ANPET), PARC Research in Architecture and Construction (FEC UNICAMP), Urban, Planning and Transport Research (Taylor Francis), Journal of Urban Planning and Development (ASCE), Smart and Sustainable Built Environment (Emerald), Complexity (Hidawi), Sustainable Cities and Society (Elsevier), Pos FAUUSP magazine, URBE - Brazilian Journal of Urban Management and RAUSP (FEAUSP). Main scientific research themes: urban sustainability, urban assessment at the scale of neighborhoods and urban development perimeters, planning, design and management of the surroundings of transport stations, urban morphology, walkability, urban energy systems, intersectoral assessments, related urban instruments and policies at the urban microscale and support for urban governance.
