Professor of Italian Language and Literature at Fluminense Federal University, where I am also member of the Graduate Program in Literary Studies (PósLit-UFF), Translation Studies Laboratory (Labestrad-UFF), Translation and Creation Study group (ntc-UFF) and Foreign Language Universalization Program (PULE-UFF). I work with translation as a form of literary criticism based on the work of authors from the lower Middle Ages and Humanism in Italian letters (13th-16th centuries). I graduated in Letters from the Federal University of Paraná (2005) and I hold a Masters degree (2010), a Doctors degree (2015) and a postdoctoral certificate (2017) from the University of São Paulo. I was visiting researcher at the University for Foreigners of Siena (2008), Sapienza University of Rome (2013/14), University of Pisa (2016/17) and University of Salerno (2022/23), in Italy.
