Pharmacist and Biochemical specializing in obtaining recombinant viral and bacterial proteins targets, in prokaryotic and eukaryotic systems for studies and development of diagnostic methods and vaccines. Registered with the Class Council (CRF-SP). PhD in Sciences by the Biology of the Host Pathogen Relation program (CAPES 7), Institute of Biomedical Sciences at USP, with a project aimed at the development of a vaccine against the ZIKA virus based on a delivery system composed of lipid vesicles as a delivery system for protein antigens from Zika in a murine model. The master's degree held by the same program at ICB/USP was directed towards the development of a vaccine formulation capable of conferring protection against type 2 Shiga toxin. clinical isolates from positive C. difficile patients, evaluation of infection by multiple strains and susceptibility to antibiotics and development of ELISA for toxin dosage in fecal samples. Collaborating researcher at the Vaccine Development Laboratory at the Microbiology Department of ICB/USP and founding partner of Startup DeltaLys Biotechnology, a spin-off with DNA USP aimed at the commercialization of recombinant proteins.
