Currently, she is Scientific Researcher VI at APTA Regional de Bauru, linked to the Department of Agriculture of the State of São Paulo. Works in the area of Postharvest Technology for fruits and vegetables, with focus in atmosphere modification, refrigeration and minimal processing. It provides physical-chemical and microbiological analysis services for food and water, as well as consultancy and advice on good practices for the production of minimally processed vegetables and good practices for harvest and postharvest horticultural products from family farming.
