Graduation at Ciências Biológicas from Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto (2011) and master's at General Biology from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2013) and PhD in Plant Biotechnology and Bioprocesses from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2021) with internship period in Università Degli Studi di Milano. She was professor and coordinator of Research and Extension Center from Faculdade de Colider. Has experience in Biotechnology, focusing on Plant Biotechnology. Currently is researcher at ISI-QV FIRJAN working in projects related to SARS-CoV-2 molecular biology, including clinical samples and wastewater detection by RT-qPCR and next genetation sequencing for mapping Rio de Janeiro variants.
