Assistant Professor of the Undergraduate in International Relations Program and the Graduate Program in Borders and Human Rights at the Law and International Relations School (FADIR) of the Federal University of Grande Dourados (UFGD). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the College of Sciences and Letters at UNESP. He earned his Master's and Doctorate in Political Science from the Graduate Program in Political Science at UFSCar. He received the Best Dissertation Award from Fulbright and an Honorable Mention in the CAPES Award for his Doctoral Thesis. He served as a Research Fellow at the Center for Latin America and Latino Studies at American University (CLALS-AU), as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Social Sciences at UFSCar, and with the Graduate Program in International Relations Santiago Dantas. He was a Visiting Scholar at Columbia University (ILAS-CU). Currently, he is the Coordinator of the Thematic Area of International Politics at the Brazilian Association of Political Science (ABCP). He is a researcher and member of the National Institute of Science and Technology for Studies on the United States (INCT-INEU) and the Research Center for Latin American Political Parties (NEPPLA). He has experience in the areas of Institutions and Political Behavior, Foreign Policy Analysis, and Research Methodology. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
