Graduated in Biological Sciences from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas (2000), specialization in Quality Management and Safety Faculty of Food Engineering, FEA/UNICAMP (2002). Scientific researcher of the Instituto de Tecnologia de Alimentos (ITAL).She has experience in science and technology of milk and derivatives, with an emphasis in microbiology, mainly in the following topics: lactic acid bacteria starter culture, pathogens and spoilage of dairy products and human milk.
