RODRIGO ALVES DE SOUZA

Graduated in Animal Science (Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2007)) and a master's degree in Sustainable Animal Production from the Institute of Animal Science of the Government of the State of São Paulo (2016). PhD in Food Engineering Sciences on the Faculty of Animal Science and Food Engineering (FZEA - USP). Specialist in egg and meat quality control and an auditor with professional training by SGS Group in HACCP in the food industry and FSSC:22000. Works as a postgraduate professor in the discipline of "Hygiene and Technology of Eggs and Egg Products" at IFOPE Institucional.
