I am a Social History and Culture expert, with a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree (2005), and Doctorate (2009) from UNESP/Franca. My post-doctoral fellowships at the Faculty of Education/University of São Paulo (2011-2012) and the Faculty of Letters/University of Lisbon (2016-2018) focused on sacred oratory in Portuguese. In addition to my academic background, I have worked as an educational consultant for UNESCO, OEI, and CAPES. I began teaching at public and private universities in 2003 and have been a Modern and Contemporary History professor at the State University of Londrina since 2012. My leadership roles include Coordinator of the Specialization in Historical Heritage (2013-2015) and president of the NDE (2020-2021) at the State University of Londrina. I have also represented the center in the Scientific Initiation Program/UEL since 2012 and in the Study Group of Teaching Practices/UEL between 2020 and 2022. My research interests are broad, including the rhetoric in modernity, the sermons of the 16th-19th centuries, and the discourse on technology in education in the 21st century. My work has been recognized by the National Support Program for Researchers of the National Library Foundation, which awarded me a project on the sermons preached during the Independence of Brazil in 2022. I am currently coordinating the extension project A Peroba, which produces and broadcasts radio programs/podcasts about History on Rádio UEL and popular streaming platforms.
