She holds a degree in Food Engineering from the State University of Campinas (1979), a Master's degree in the Department of Food Science from the Faculty of Food Engineering of the State University of Campinas (1987) and a PhD in Food Technology from the same University (1998). She is Scientific Researcher VI at the Institute of Food Technology. She has experience in the area of Food Science and Technology, working in RD&I in Packaging for food, beverages, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and others, with emphasis on Metallic Packaging. The main topics of action are: packaging/packaged product interaction, corrosion, integrity of the closure, physical-mechanical properties, regulatory matters, food safety, metallic contamination. Specialist in quality management system, working in evaluations by Cgcre / Inmetro as a specialist.
