Anastasia Guidi

Professor of Philosophy at Federal University of ABC (UFABC) since 2010. First Secretary of the UFABC Faculty Association. Currently researches marginal materialisms that might prove useful for desmantling capitaism in a context of environmental catastrophe. Member of the Philosophy and Gender ANPOF workgroup, of the Brazilian Network of Women Philosophers, of New Voices: Women in the History of Philosophy, of Group NEXOS - Critical Theory and Interdisciplinary Research and of the Esperança Garcia Gender Studies Center. Research interests range from feminist epistemologies to the history and philosophy of physics and astronomy and gender studies. Graduate in Physics (1996), Master's degree in Physics (2000), Ph.D. in Philosophy (2006), all at the Campinas State University (UNICAMP).
