Agricultural Engineer graduated from the School of Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences UNESP Jaboticabal (1997), Master's in Plant Production from the School of Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences UNESP Jaboticabal (2000), and Ph.D. in Food Technology from the School of Food Engineering - UNICAMP (2004). Since 2005, she has been a Scientific Researcher at APTA (São Paulo Agency of Agribusiness Technology). She works in research and knowledge transfer in the field of Food Technology, focusing on topics such as cachaça, brown sugar, post-harvest, and good practices in food handling in agribusinesses and commercial establishments.
