PhD in Chemistry from the State University of Campinas (2001). Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1996). R&I Manager at the Paulínia Research Center (Brazil) and the Paris Research and Innovation Center of Solvay in France. Solid experience in managing international and multicultural R&I teams, working in the areas of Synthesis and Analysis, especially in the characterization of organic compounds, formulations and synthetic polymers and inorganic particles - new products and nanocomposts - used in different markets of Solvay and their applications.
