Roberto M. Cesar Jr. is a full-professor of the University of São Paulo (USP) since 2008. Graduated in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho (IBILCE - UNESP - 1992), MS in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP - 1993) and Ph.D. in Physics from the University of São Paulo (USP - 1997). He is a Researcher of the InovaUSP. He is a member of the Coordination at FAPESP since 2006. He has experience in computer science, with emphasis on computer vision, pattern recognition, signal and image processing. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
