Vera Maria Rodrigues

Degree in Chemical Engineering - University of Caxias do Sul (1988), Full Degree in Chemistry - University of Caxias do Sul (1988), Master's and Doctorate in Food Engineering from the State University of Campinas (2001). She was a professor of graduate courses (Lato Sensu and Stricto Sensu) in the area of Agricultural Sciences, coordinator of undergraduate courses (Chemical Engineering and Food Engineering -UPF). Experience in Agricultural Sciences, in Supercritical Technology, Phase Separation Processes, Thermodynamics, Unit Operations, Transport Phenomena; studies, identification and characterization of natural products and food quality control.
