Graduated in Biological Sciences from the São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1996-1999), Direct Doctorate (FAPESP scholarship) in Sciences (Analytical Chemistry) from the University of São Paulo-IQSC (2002-2007). Occasional Professor in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (DEBE) at UFSCar (2007-2008) and post-doctorate (2008-2009, FAPESP scholarship) at USP-IQSC. Associate Professor at the University of São Paulo, Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture-ESALQ, accredited in the Postgraduate Program in Agronomy, concentration area Agricultural Microbiology and currently President of the Inclusion and Belonging Committee of ESALQ. He works mainly on the following topics: isolation of microorganisms for biological control, isolation of organic compounds (with emphasis on the chemistry of natural products) bioguided with antifungal activity against phytopathogens.
