Post-Doctorate in Medical Sciences from the Ribeirão Preto School of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (FMRP/USP), awarded in the 4th Edition of the Pemberton Award in 2015, Recognized in 2018 by "The American Gastroenterological Association - AGA", for his research in the area of #8203;#8203;obesity, as a young researcher. He is an endoscopist of the Digestive System, titled by the Brazilian Society of Digestive Endoscopy (2022). He was a FAPESP scholarship holder, process 2012/21579-4. He has a degree in Medicine from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (2006), Medical Residencies in Internal Medicine from the Federal University of Amazonas - UFAM (2007-2009) and in Nutrology from the Hospital das Clínicas of FMRP/USP (2009-2011). Between 2015-2017 he studied Digestive Endoscopy as an Attaché / Specialized Complement at the Endoscopy Center of the Hospital das Clínicas de Ribeirão Preto (FMRP/USP). He was a professor of the Medicine course at the University of Ribeirão Preto - UNAERP (2011-2013). He has published 7 book chapters, being the author of 2 and co-author of 5. He has 21 complete articles published in journals. He also participated in congresses, seminars and postgraduate courses. He co-supervised 3 Scientific Initiation students with Prof. Júlio Sérgio Marchini, one of whom received a FAPESP scholarship, process 2015/00403-3. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
