Jose Luis Bizelli

Associate Professor at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, UNESP, Araraquara Campus (FCLAr). He holds a degree in Architecture from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas; a Master's and PhD in Sociology from the Júlio de Mesquita Filho State University of São Paulo; and a Full Professor of Public Policy Management at FCLAr. He is accredited in the Postgraduate Programs in Media and Technology (FAAC-UNESP, Bauru) and School Education (FCL-UNESP, Araraquara). He completed his Postdoctoral studies at the Department of Educational Sciences at the University of Alcalá de Henares (UAH), Spain, and was one of the people responsible for the agreement on Education between UNESP and UAH. He has been a CNPq Productivity Scholar (PQ) at the Education Board since 2016. He coordinates the Research Group (CNPq) Program for Management and Administration of Public Policies and the Ibero-American Education Network Observatory, dedicating himself to researching the following topics: Ibero-American School Education, Scientific Publishing, Innovation, Sustainability, Educational Technologies and Governance in Public Institutions. He coordinates the FCLAr pole at RedAGE, the Educational Management Support Network of the University of Barcelona, #8203;#8203;Spain, and is a researcher on the ACE Project - Student-Centered Learning in South America, coordinated by the University of Groningen, Netherlands, and funded by the Erasmo+ Program (KA2). He is an ad hoc consultant for CNPq and CAPES. He was Director of FCLAr and President of its Editorial Laboratory during the four-year period 2009-2012. He was Editorial Advisor for the Unesp Publishing Foundation from 2014 to 2015 and Coordinator of the Southeast Region of the Forum of Editors of Journals in the Education Area (FEPAE) of the National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Education (ANPEd) from 2015 to 2016. He was National Coordinator of FEPAE of ANPEd from 2018 to 2021. He is editor of the Ibero-American Journal of Studies in Education, A1 in Qualis 2017-2020. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
