Graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1992), Master in Industrial Biotechnology from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering of Lorena (1997), Degree in Physics and Biology from the Geraldo de Biase University Center (UGB / FERP) (2002) and PhD in Pharmaceutical Biochemical Technology from the University of São Paulo (2002). She is currently Associate Professor I at Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ) and professor at the Volta Redonda University Center (UniFOA). Has experience in Chemical Engineering and Science Teaching, acting on the following subjects: agroindustrial waste, bioremediation of soils and effluents, Environmental Education, Chemistry Teaching, Educational Products. She is currently participating in projects in the following research lines: biological treatment of liquid effluents, soil bioremediation, science education, environmental education. She has been leading work in the Professional Master's Program in Teaching in Health and Environmental Sciences at UniFOA since 2009. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
