Graduated in Biological Sciences at Mackenzie University (2004), Master (2007) and PhD (2012) in Food Microbiology at Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, USP (FCF / USP). Conducted part of the PhD project at Cornell University (Ithaca, NY, USA), especially working with molecular techniques such as microarray and qRT-PCR. Experience in Microbiology, mainly Food Microbiology (Pathogens), Alternative Methods of Food Analysis and Molecular Biology (Gene Expression).
