I am a versatile professional with over 23 years of experience in clinical research and product development for the health and aesthetics market in Brazil. My expertise spans planning and managing cosmetic products, clinical studies, patent registration, scientific article publication, and the management and development of clinical research teams. I possess an entrepreneurial profile that allows me to identify opportunities and implement strategies aligned with market innovations, aiming for operational project effectiveness.I hold a degree in Biochemical Pharmacy from UNIFAL and a PhD Post-Doctorate in Laser Therapy for Cancer, Skin Diseases Clinical Applications of Laser Therapies on healthy skin from the University of São Paulo/USP in São Carlos (IQSC/IFSC). I worked for 8 years at a major cosmetics company, Grupo Boticário, where I developed gene and biochemical research projects on cosmetic products applied to volunteer patients, as well as developing formulations for the end consumer.My extensive experience in clinical research includes project, process, and people management in partnerships with universities. Additionally, I have an MBA in Project Management, am fluent in English, and have intermediate knowledge of Spanish. Throughout my career, I have obtained 32 patents, authored 3 books, co-authored 3 more books and 10 digital e-books. I have published 49 international scientific articles and submitted 3 more for publication. I have actively participated in 120 international events and created 10 online courses on the Hotmart platform.I also developed the Priscila Menezes topical and oral cosmetic line, consisting of 10 products, and the professional cosmetic lines MELAN REDUXX, HIDRA SKIN, and LINHA HOF, with approximately 50 products. I created two clinical skin treatment methodologies, the MELAN REDUXX METHOD and the HIDRA SKIN PHENOL PEELING METHOD.
