Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (Brasil). Centro Nacional de Pesquisa em Energia e Materiais (CNPEM)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

I am a Bachelor in Chemistry with Technological Attribution (2016), a Master in Chemistry in the area of Physical Chemistry (2018), and a Doctor in Sciences (2023), with all degrees obtained from UNICAMP (University of Campinas). Both my Master's and Doctoral studies were conducted in the field of application of nanoparticles for disease diagnosis and treatment (nanomedicine). My research projects aimed to characterize the interaction of proteins with silica nanoparticles and investigate the effect of nanoparticle surface on interaction and internalization in mammalian cells. During this period, I performed the characterization of nanomaterials and proteins using techniques such as dynamic light scattering, small-angle X-ray scattering (synchrotron), transmission electron microscopy, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, UV spectroscopy, circular dichroism, and calorimetry. Additionally, I conducted activities involving cell culture and preparation of biological samples for characterization by fluorescence microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Currently, I am involved in the field of biological sample preparation for characterization using electron microscopy and techniques utilizing synchrotron radiation. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
