PhD Professor at the Department of Pathology, School of Medical Sciences (State University of Campinas, Brazil). Her research interests involve the study of hemoglobin-O2 binding, hereditary hemoglobinopathies, hemotherapy, and the mechanisms of the phosphatidyl-inositol-phosphate-kinase pathway possible regulatory role of human hemoglobin genes. Graduated in Pharmacy and Biochemistry from Universidade Paulista (2008), Master's (2009) and Doctorate (2013) in Medical Sciences from the State University of Campinas, with part of the doctoral project carried out at the University of Buenos Aires/INQUIMAE (2012-2013). He had experience in Postdoctoral research projects (2014-2015) at Harvard Medical School (Department of Hematology/Oncology - Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center) and Faculdade de Ciências Médicas (FCM) - Unicamp (2015-2019).
