Karen Cacilda Weber

Degree in Chemistry from the State University of Western Paraná (2001), master's degree (2004) and doctorate (2008) in Sciences (Physical Chemistry) from the University of São Paulo, with a doctorate internship at Cambridge University. He completed post-doctorates at UNICAMP (2008-2009) and at the University of Lincoln, England (2019-2020). Currently, she is an Associate Professor in the area of #8203;#8203;Physical Chemistry at the Federal University of Paraíba. In the PIBID project, she worked as a collaborating professor in the field of Chemistry (2010-2012), coordinator of management of educational processes (2012-2013) and coordinator of the Chemistry area (2014-2018). She was coordinator of the Multidisciplinary Nucleus of Chemistry and Mathematics of the Pedagogical Residency program at UFPB (2018-2019). He works in the areas of Computational Chemistry and Chemistry Teaching, especially in the following subjects: chemical-quantum calculations, chemometry, studies of the quantitative relationship between structure and activity (QSAR), docking and molecular dynamics of proteins and teacher training.
