He received his bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Colombia (2003) and a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering From the University of Sao Paulo - EESC, Brazil (2009). During his doctoral period, he held a Ph.D. internship at the University of Toronto Institute for Aerospace Studies - UTIAS, Toronto-Canada, in Motion Drive Algorithm - MDA for Flight Simulators Bases. He started his postdoctoral research in the Department of Aeronautical Engineering of the Engineering School of Sao Carlos - University of Sao Paulo ?Brazil in 2011. In 2012, he became an assistant professor at the São Paulo State University (Unesp), Institute of Science and Technology, Sorocaba, Department of Control and Automation. His research interests include parallel robots, robust control, motion drive algorithms, flight simulator motion systems, and control of legged robots. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
