Matheus Lima de Oliveira

Matheus L. Oliveira is a full-time Associate Professor and researcher at the Piracicaba Dental School, University of Campinas (FOP/Unicamp), where he has served since 2015. He earned his DDS degree from São Paulo State University (FOAr/UNESP) and completed his Masters, PhD, Postdoctoral training, and "Livre-Docência" in Oral Radiology at FOP/Unicamp. He has also held long-term visiting researcher positions at the University of California, Los Angeles (USA), and the University of Basel (Switzerland).He currently serves as Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Oral Radiology at FOP/Unicamp and is a member of the International Editorial Board of Dentomaxillofacial Radiology (DMFR). He is an active reviewer for numerous scientific journals and has been invited to lecture at conferences and academic events nationally and internationally.His research interests lie primarily in digital imaging, cone-beam computed tomography, and image artefacts, with an emphasis on advancing diagnostic accuracy and methodological rigor in dentomaxillofacial radiology.
