Graduated in Industrial Chemistry (2005) and Master in Organic Chemistry (2007) from the Federal University of Santa Maria. The doctorate was carried out at the State University of Campinas (2012), with a sandwich doctorate period at the Université de Toulouse III (Paul Sabatier). She did post-doctoral studies in the area of organic synthesis at the Chemistry Institute of UNICAMP (2012-2014). She is currently linked to the Faculty of Technology of the State University of Campinas as an MS5.1 level teacher. She has experience in the area of Chemistry, with an emphasis on organic chemistry, preparation and characterization of new materials and their application in water treatments. She has interests in the areas of synthesis, characterization of new materials which act as adsorbents and catalysts. Applications in water treatment, toxicity of nanomaterials and pollutants. She is the mother of Sophia (October 2017) and of the two little angels Maria Clara and Maria Luiza (March 2024). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
