Passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and scientific development.Ph.D. in Sciences from the Department of Microbiology at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences, University of São Paulo, researching the role of DNA repair in diseases associated with neurodegeneration and premature aging. Earned a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of São Paulo (2016) with an exchange program in Human Biology at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, USA.Conducted various research projects in the DNA repair laboratory of Prof. Dr. Carlos Frederico Martins Menck (20122024). Interned at the Hillman Cancer Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Bennet Van Houten (2015). Gained extensive experience in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, and Biotechnology.Also worked in different business sectors, serving as a project manager at TauGC Bioinformatics (2021), senior associate scientist at Galy (2023), technical application scientist at Illumina (2024), and currently a project analyst for science, technology, and innovation at FINEP.Through these experiences, developed knowledge and skills in project management with agile methodologies, quality control, research and development, plant biotechnology, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and public resource management for innovation projects.
