Olivia Morgan Lapenta

Graduated in Biological Sciences at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2009). Master (2012) in Developmental Disorders from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie with CAPES funding. PhD (2016) in Developmental Disorders from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie with FAPESP funding and a sandwich doctoral period at the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT-Genova, IT) funded by CAPES. Completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the MARCS Institute for Brain, Behaviour Development, Western Sydney University (WSU, Sydney, Australia).Currently, she is a Researcher at the Research Centre in Psychology at the University of Minho (UM, Braga, Portugal), where she conducts investigation in Cognitive Neuroscience using behavioural and physiological measures (primarily non-invasive brain stimulation techniques and electroencephalography) to investigate multisensory integration, human motion perception, food perception and eating compulsions, and the evaluation of the effects of meditation, neurofeedback, and immersive environments on well-being and cognitive control.
