Founder and Coordinator of the Organizational and Work Psychology Laboratory (LabPOT/USP). Associate Editor of the Journal Psicologia: Organizations and Work - Management 2017 - 2019 (rPOT). Chief Editor of Paidéia Journal (2022- current). Member of the Scientific Committee of the X and XI Brazilian Congress of Organizational and Work Psychology (CBPOT). Participates on the faculty of the Postgraduate Program in Psychology and the Organizational and Work Psychology Working Group at the National Association for Research and Postgraduate Studies in Psychology. Investigates topics linked to Organizational and Work Psychology, focusing on management methods, health and safety at work, work-related health/illness processes, psychosocial intervention and organizational policies and practices for the prevention and promotion of mental health at work.
