Holds a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas - UNICAMP (2011), and both a master's and a doctorate in Social Anthropology from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2015 and 2024, respectively). Her master's dissertation is entitled "Electric Minds, Mechanical Bodies: The Notion of the Human in 2001: A Space Odyssey and Alien". Her doctoral thesis is titled "War on the Networks: The Platformized Threat - Advertising, Platformization, and Radicalism in the Reception of a Blockbuster on YouTube. Her research interests include internet studies, digital and new media studies, and the analysis of cultural productions, especially those produced by major entertainment industries, with a focus on the intersections of these interests with central anthropological themes such as the notions of personhood, body, science, myth, the nature-culture dichotomy, as well as gender and sexuality studies. She participated in the Teaching Internship Program at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas on two occasions, in 2015 and 2018. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
