Bachelors degree in Chemistry (1994), Masters degree in Food and Nutrition (1998), and Ph.D. in Food Technology (2002), all from the University of Campinas (Unicamp). Currently, I am a Professor at the Faculty of Food Engineering at Unicamp. I specialize in Sensory Science, with expertise in sensory methods applied to consumer studies, food habits and choices, the relationship between sensory perception, affective response, and analytical/instrumental data, sustainable diets, and Brazilian coffees.
