Associate Professor at the Ribeirão Preto School of Economics, Administration and Accounting at the University of São Paulo (FEA-RP / USP). Works with research in process management (BPM- Business Process Management), sustainability and BPM, alignment between processes, strategy, customer expectations and information technology in the postgraduate program in Business Administration at FEA-RP / USP. She has a post-doctorate in Production Engineering from Univerdade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquista, in the Production Engineering department of the Bauru Campus. She holds a PhD in Engineering from the São Carlos School of Engineering at the University of São Paulo (EESC-USP, 2004) and a master's degree in Production Engineering from the São Carlos School of Engineering at the University of São Paulo (EESC / USP, 2001). Furthermore, she is certified as a Professional Business Process Management / CBPP by ABPMP since 2010 and a professional certified in the Business Process Management Program by BPTrends Associates in 2011.
