PhD in Performing Arts from the University of São Paulo (USP/2017). Master of Arts (Theater) from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP/2003). Graduated in Performing Arts from the Faculdade de Artes do Paraná (1998). Fischer is currently a professor at the Centro Universitário Belas Artes in São Paulo, at the Social Communication Course (Radio and TV qualification). She was a professor in the undergraduate course in Theater of the Institute de Artes UNESP (Universidade Estadual Paulista), SENAC / SP and Globe-SP. Has several articles published in jounals of Theater and collaborations in chapters of books. In 2010, she published the book "Collaborative Process and Experiences of Brazilian Theatre Groups", by Editora Hucitec. She teaches disciplines: Interpretation, Direction of Actors, History of Theater (world and Brazilian), Theater Direction, Performance, Drama, Production of theatrical spectacles and related disciplines.
