Researcher at the Oils and Fats Laboratory, Department of Food Technology, Faculty of Food Engineering, State University of Campinas, between September 2006 and June 2009. PhD in Food Engineering, with the thesis "Liquid-Liquid Equilibrium in the Purification Stages of Ethyl Biodiesels and Analysis of their Physical Properties", carried out at the ExTrAE Laboratory, Department of Food Engineering, Faculty of Food Engineering, State University of Campinas , (Unicamp), (March 2009 to August 2013).Effective professor at the Federal University of Alfenas since 2014.Tutor of the Tutorial Education Program (PET) Connections of Knowledge: Social Technologies, Work and Regional Social Development (FNDE) since 2023.
