Henrique Cândido de Oliveira

Associate Professor at the Department of Infrastructure and Environment (InfrA) of the School of Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Urban Design (FECFAU) at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) [2024present]. Currently, he is the Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Civil Engineering (PPGEC), of which he has been a permanent member since 2017, teaching courses and advising master's and doctoral students. He coordinates the Digital Cartography Laboratory (LCD) at FECFAU, which works in the area of Geomatics applications in Civil Engineering tasks, with a focus on Transportation. He has held the title of Associate Professor (Livre-docente) in the area of Surveying and Geodesy at UNICAMP since 2022.In his professional career, he has served as an Assistant Professor at The Pennsylvania State University (USA) in the Surveying Engineering Department [20222023]. Previously, he was an Assistant Professor (Professor Doutor) at UNICAMP [20172022], and a Professor at the Federal University of Uberlândia [20162017]. He earned his Masters and PhD in Cartographic Sciences (PPGCC) [2013 and 2016] from the School of Sciences and Technology (FCT) at São Paulo State University (UNESP), with a research internship abroad at the Department of Civil Engineering at Purdue University (USA) in the Digital Photogrammetry Research Group (DPRG) [20142015].
