He holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Taubate - UNITAU (2007), a Master's degree in Veterinary Sciences from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro - UFRRJ (2011) and a PhD in Animal Biology from the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP (2017). He has experience in the area of Parasitology, working mainly on taxonomy, systematics, biodiversity of parasites of aquatic organisms, mainly fish. From March 2012 to February 2014, he worked at the National Center for Research and Conservation of Continental Fish, at the Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation, CEPTA / ICMBio, where he developed and assisted research in conservation biology. Coordinated the production of content in the Biological and Health areas for the undergraduate and graduate courses of the National Community Schools Campaign - CNEC from December 2018 to February 2022. From March 2022 to April 2023, he taught the disciplines of Biology, Chemistry and Science in regular schools and the Integral School Program of the State Department of Education of the State of São Paulo. He is currently developing post-doctoral research at the Department of Parasitology at the Universidade Estadual Paulista - UNESP in Botucatu. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
