Fábio Malta de Sá Patroni

I developed a project funded by the São Paulo State Research Foundation (FAPESP) involving Bioinformatics and studies of genomic evolution (chromosome B) in cichlid fish, at the Laboratory of Integrative Genomics (LGI), Department of Morphology, UNESP - Botucatu. I obtained my Master's degree from the Genetics and Molecular Biology program at IB-UNICAMP, having developed a project, funded by FAPESP, whose purpose was to create a package in R, for the download and analysis of tumor data available in public databases. In 2022, I was one of the winners of the Carl Duisberg Fellowships for Medical Sciences offered by the Bayer Foundation to be a visiting researcher at the Institute for Computational Systems Biology (Cosy.Bio) at the University of Hamburg, Germany until 2023. In 2024, I defended my PhD project in machine learning as a student in the Genetics and Molecular Biology Program at IB-UNICAMP, in the area of Bioinformatics, at the Laboratory of Integrative and Systemic Biology (LaBIS).
