Guilherme Galhardo Antonietto

Master's degree in Law from the University of Araraquara - UNIARA. Specialist in Civil Law from PUC-MG. Graduated in Law in 2016 from the University of São Paulo (USP) in Ribeirão Preto.Currently a Partner Attorney at Galhardo Sociedade de Advogados. Served as Pedagogical Coordinator at the Institute for Improvement in Advocacy Practices - IAPAJUS (2021-2023). Was a professor in preparatory courses for the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) Examination from 2016 to 2019 and in the Law Undergraduate Program at the UNIFAFIBE University Center from February 2020 to February 2021.Worked from 2011 to 2012 as an Assistant Clerk at the 10th Real Estate Registry Office in São Paulo.Former Partner and Professor at the Trilhante E-Learning Platform.Currently a columnist for the "Papo Jurídico" column on the Migalhas website.Was a research grantee under FAPESP in 2015/2016, studying Judicial Auction and the Registry Principle of Continuity: Its Qualification as a Mode of Property Acquisition.
