The goal of this research project is to obtain new results in combinatorial-geometric problems and graph theory, by using topological tools. More specifically, we will consider problems related to embeddings and chromatic number of graphs, Kano-Suzuki conjecture and Tverberg type theorems. (AU)
In this research project, we will use topological methods in combinatorics and geometry to prove the Teorema de Lovász-Kneser (Kneser's Conjecture) and the generalized Van Kampen-Flores Theorem. (AU)
The goal of this research project is to approach some concepts, techniques and applications of the Algebraic Topology. First, it will be studied topics of homological algebra, which are prerequisites for the further development of singular homology theory and applications, as the Jordan-Brouwer separation theorem.
