Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Instituto de Biociências (IB)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

Currently, I'm a graduate student in Bioinformatics at the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics (IME-USP) under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Michel Naslavsky. I also work as a Bioinformatics Technician at the Human Genome and Stem Cell Studies Center (CEGH-USP),where I assist researchers in their line of work and process data for genetic diagnoses. This experience builds upon my technical training (FAPESP TTIV-A) in Bioinformatics between 2022 and 2024. Prior to my graduate studies, I obtained a Master of Science from the Faculty of Medicine at USP in 2022, following my undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences from the Ribeirão Preto School of Medicine (USP) in 2018. My research interests and expertise lie in areas like Transcriptomics, Genomics, repetitive region expansions, and complex networks involving gene regulation data. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
