Received a B.Sc. in Physics (2007), M.Sc. in Physics (2009), and Ph.D. in Physics (2013) from the Federal University of Minas Gerais. Completed postdoctoral fellowships at Stockholm University, Sweden, focusing on quantum optics, quantum information, and fundamental aspects of quantum mechanics , and at the University of São Paulo, working with quantum optics and continuous-variable quantum information. Currently an Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of ABC, their work involves the experimental implementation of quantum information protocols with single photons in free space and photonic chips.
