PhD in Electrical Engineering (2021) from the University of São Paulo (USP) (CAPES Scholarship). Master in Electrical Engineering (2017) also from the University of São Paulo (USP) (FAPESP Scholarship). Graduated in Electrical Engineering from USP - São Carlos, also obtaining a certificate of special studies in Automation from the same university. In addition, he completed the 11th PIPE Training in Entrepreneurship in High Technology, having been certified by the São Paulo State Research Support Foundation (FAPESP) in 2019. He completed a post-doctoral internship (2021-2023) at the Intelligent Systems Laboratory from the São Carlos School of Engineering, University of São Paulo (LASI/USP). His post-doctoral internship was linked to the FAPESP scholarship category TT-5, linked to the National Institute of Science and Technology for Autonomous Cooperative Systems Applied in Security and the Environment (INCT/InSAC). He is currently a Professor of the Higher Education Career, Adjunct class A, level 1, at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) on an exclusive dedication basis. He has more than ten years of experience in the field of autonomous vehicles, as well as experience in dynamic systems, robust control and filtering of Markov systems, cooperative heterogeneous control systems, autonomous vehicle control and filtering applications. He serves as a reviewer for several international journals with selective editorial policy, such as Control Engineering Practice, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Intelligent Systems and IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs.
