Kelly Cristiane Iarosz

With a multidisciplinary background, Prof. Dr. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics, a Master's in Applied Chemistry, a Ph.D. in Science/Physics Complex Systems (PDSE/CAPES doctoral program), and has completed five postdoctoral research projects in different areas. She has a strong academic foundation and interdisciplinary experience in teaching, research, innovation, and management. She is a specialist in IT Infrastructure Architecture and Management, Clinical and Institutional Psychopedagogy, and Personal Communication as a Management Tool. She is currently pursuing a degree in Occupational Therapy, with a focus on integrative practices and cognitive rehabilitation. She works in clinical and inclusive education, with experience in supporting children, adolescents, the elderly, and individuals with ASD, applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), addressing learning difficulties, and conducting cognitive stimulation. She develops pedagogical support strategies with an emphasis on logic, mathematics, physics, and chemistry. Prof. Dr. Kelly teaches in higher education, delivering undergraduate and graduate courses, advising undergraduate research projects, masters theses, and doctoral dissertations. She is involved in national and international research projects and is a member of the Complex Systems Research Group at the State University of Ponta Grossa, the Oscillation Control Group at the Institute of Physics of the University of São Paulo (USP), and the ICSMB group (Institute for Complex Systems and Mathematical Biology). She serves as a reviewer and editor for national and international scientific journals, leads a research group, and consults on the recognition and reaccreditation processes of undergraduate programs for INEP.She is also a mentor and speaker at academic and corporate events, with a strong commitment to human development, impactful scientific production, and evidence-based educational transformation.
